A big thank you to Louise and the rest of the team at Moneypenny. It has been a real pleasure to meet Louise through the Business Network and it was great to visit their offices recently to see their service in action. We have been using Moneypenny’s telephone answering since January, but after sitting next to Louise at the June meeting she encouraged us to also try out their live chat service, which after the trial we decided to keep it going. The team at Moneypenny have transformed the way our calls are handled, which has made us much more efficient and able to respond to customers much more effectively. The addition of the live chat service has expanded the way people can get in touch with us and nearly every chat has resulted in new business for us.
