Business networking walk and talk.
We took the plunge and organised our first face to face meet up of members since the ill fated lockdown. Observing the safety measures in place, and being outdoors was a welcome way to kick off our business networking walk.
Meeting at the amazing Bridge Wellness Gardens, we were superbly lead by Francis Ball on a lovely walk for around 70 minutes.
Whilst on our business networking walk, I found there was a natural rhythm and mix of members. Some we specifically connected at the start of the walk – people that either needed that all important 121, or where actually by spending some quality time together they could explore and learn about each other’s business and be open to the opportunities that may be available to them to collaborate, refer or even work together.
The resounding feeling or joy and normality at seeing people without fear, without judgement whilst enjoying our business networking walk was immeasurable.
Business networking walk – AND we got fed!!
After a green bath when the business networking walk took us into a wooded area with beautiful crystal clear babbling streams, and lots of lovely bridges and vistas, we were in for a treat at the end of our business networking walk, with home made, vegetable curry from the Better lives cafe.
The work this charity does is simply amazing and the oasis that has been created is a credit to our member Francis Ball and his team of volunteers and supporters.
WE will be back for sure! I am busy plotting weekly walks as I type!
SO – if you fancy the idea of blending online business networking with some experiential face to face networking in a safe environment, with like minded people that do business with trust, ethics and fun in mind -why not give us a try out?
