Claire Brook, Employment Law Partner at Aaron and Partners will take us on a whistle stop tour of how employers must promote and proactively manage Mental health in the workplace.
In addition Claire will also provide some insights into what lies ahead for Employers with regards to changes and developments in Employment law through 2020.
About the Educational Seminar Presenter this month
Claire studied law, human resource management and Japanese at Keele University. After a spell working in Cumbria, where she qualified as a solicitor, and in the North East, Claire joined Aaron and Partners in July 2005 and became a partner in June 2009.
Claire advises a wide range of employers on all aspects of employment law, from recruitment and employment, through to complex dismissals and representation at employment tribunals.
Claire has substantial expertise in contractual terms and policies and human resource issues. In particular, she regularly advises clients regarding sensitive or complex grievance and disciplinary matters. Claire also advises clients regarding TUPE and redundancies (including collective consultation).
