Influencing others can be difficult whether its taking an item back for a refund or persuading that new prospect to give you their business.

Often when influencing our intention doesn’t match the way we present ourselves, either over compensating or shrinking back and acquiescing.

 

In this session we will explore the push/pull continuum, the value and the risks associated with both and the congruence needed between intention and physical energy with both styles.

By the end of the session you will be able to

  • Understand the pros and cons of push and pull approach when influencing
  • Recognise your own influencing preference and the impact this has
  • Practice another style of influence and the possibilities this presents
